Duration of Service: June 3, 2024, to May 31, 2025
Option to Extend: The contract may be extended for an additional year from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, subject to mutual agreement.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
(Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
Scope of Services:
Reception Duties:
- Manage school front counter services.
- Handle visitors, parents, staff, and students, addressing their needs.
- Handle queries and complaints via phone.
- Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff.
- Transfer calls as necessary.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery and administrative stores.
- Receive and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle lost and found process.
- Manage loan records of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to the admin office.
- Data entry and any other duties assigned by the school.
Student Service Duties:
- Manage student early release (recording and contacting parents).
- Coordinate between Form-Teachers & Student Management Team (SMT) on students’ movement.
- Monitor students' attendance and CCA attendance.
- Provide real-time information on attendance to support SMT.
- Manage students' cellphone confiscation process.
- Assist in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording.
- Manage student lift pass issuance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A Level qualifications or equivalent.
- Preferably have the following skills and experiences:Working in front counter services.
Working in a school environment.
At least 3 years of experience in administration.
Proficient in IT environment, MS Office, WhatsApp Chat.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good team player with a high level of initiative.
Able to multitask.
Good social skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
