Position Summary
This role is to support end to end boarding of terminals in Central Terminal System (CTS) and facilitate the smooth operation of field service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in daily onboarding of terminals into CTS.
- Fulfilment of on-boarded terminals are able to handshake with CTS.
- Provide general administrative support to field service teams.
- Communicating with stakeholders for service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of service activities for record-keeping and analysis purposes.
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level/Diploma holder.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communication skills
- Basic analytic skills, able to generate report through MS Excel
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to commence work on short notice.
- On job training will be provided.
- Possess valid Class 2B License or Class 3 Driving license (Optional).
