· Minimum Bachelor's degree
· At least Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and operations management

· Strong commercial acumen and sound financial knowledge
· Computer savvy, with excellent oral and writing skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Manage resource allocation and utilization, including personnel and finances.
