The Job
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing all internal and external communications of the Charity. This role requires a strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Someone capable of playing a pivotal role in upholding the Charity’s reputation and cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders, employees, and the public.
Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Create and manage the content on CHWSS website and social media platforms.
- Design and develop content for internal and external publications, marketing/corporate collaterals, videos and other publicity materials.
- Support media relations and press release activities conjunction with fundraising related campaigns.
- Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner.
- Support the leadership team with crafting speeches, preparing presentations, drafting articles, arranging interviews, and maintaining other forms of external contact.
- Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders.
Requirements
- At least Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication.
- Min 3 years’ of relevant experience in Corporate Communications.
- Goal-oriented with the ability in achieving and exceeding set targets/goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills in building and managing key relationships and the ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills to write proposal and craft campaign.
