The Client is the manufactures equipment for oil and gas drilling in Singapore. We are hiring the Facilities Specialist URGENTLY to join the dynamic team.
Position: Facilities Specialist (Permanent)
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Working Place: West Singapore

Job Summary:
- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems in compliance with local codes and standards.
- Plan and direct FM services including facility operating systems, maintenance processes, repair and improvement, custodial services and security operations.
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the facilities department and assist facilities Manager with permits and license requirements; contractor selection for maintenance and running of the facility
- Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities and support operations through site-base auditing.
- Implement improvement actions identified in the FM Global or Facilities Scorecard Assessment.
- Participate in facility projects to support key FM activities in operations, maintenance, property management, engineering and construction.
- Recommend operating methods and equipment to reduce FM costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems or methods, service quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience handling safety responsibilities within HSE department.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the oil or petrochemical/ manufacturing industry.
- Experience and good knowledge of HSE, emergency equipment and fire fighting facilities
