We are an educational enrichment centre for young children
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend and follow up with customer enquiries
- Support centre operations and administration.
- Arranging for class schedules for students
- Collect payment and register in system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in basic microsoft excel and word skills
- Good communication skills to interact well with clients.
- Friendly, good etiquette, service oriented.
- Good team player.
- Meticulous on details
- Able to multi-task
- Willing to work on weekends. 5-day work week from Wednesday to Sunday.
- Required language(s): English, Mandrain (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
