**Benefits : Basic Pay + Allowances + OT + Annual Leave**
The WTCO shall manage the WTSS and control all ingress/egress in the
Defined Area. WTCO duties include:
(a) Daily updating of track access/book-ins and book-outs.
(b) Implement workplace safety and regulate the conduct of the WTSS.
(c) Ensure routes are set and secured before authorising consist movements.
(d) Carry-out any other duties assigned by the Works Train Manager or
his representatives.
Requirements
(a) Minimum local Diploma in engineering discipline, GCE A-Levels and with at
least 5-years relevant past working experiences or equivalent local
qualifications and subject to the acceptance from the Works Train Office.
(b) Knowledge of Microsoft Office application and able to provide weekly
reports to the WTM.
(c) Able to work independently and perform overtime work on a regular
basis.
(d) Able to conduct safety briefings related to Works Train operation.
(e) Able to handle situations, incidents, accidents and implement recovery
measures.
(f) Able to lead and take charge of a team of WTSS.
