Responsibilities:
· Improve Service Blueprint of retail outlets, identify as well as propose areas for improvements
· Conceptualise concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns on social media and website (Facebook & Instagram)
· Propose social media content, creative photo/ video shoots and schedules
· Produce copywriting, creative photo/video shoot for marketing campaign to boost sales and drive brand awareness
· Develop graphics, animations, gifs or video for marketing collaterals, social media platforms and website
· Competitor analysis and monitoring results of content on social media platforms to identify trends
