Job Description:
- General administrative duties including generate and process invoice & delivery order, data entry, filing, documentation
- Handle online and offline incoming calls & enquiries
- Assist on inventory management & ensure accuracy of inventory management.
- Assist on showroom sales and attend to walk-in customers
- Support any ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
Proficiency in Computer / Microsoft Excel / Words
- Positive attitude
- Able to work independently in a multi-task working environment
- Training will be provided
- Medical allowance will be provided
Working Days: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Education: GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience: Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
