Position Overview:As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the carpentry industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and designers.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' requirements and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the carpentry industry.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products' features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
