Key Responsibilities:
- Govern cyber information risk management and compliance, including risk documentation and remediation.
- Ensure alignment with industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, CIS Controls, and BIMCO.
- Manage audits and maintain compliance with regulations, overseeing access rights.
- Lead IT service, application, and vendor management, coordinating with business partners to drive enhancements.
- Oversee IT problem management and establish SOPs for improved ecosystem management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate vendors and enhance procurement processes.
- Support project handover and change advisory board discussions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum qualification in Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Management, Risk Management, and Governance.
- Proficiency in managing IT risk registers, problem management, and vendor relationships.
- Solid understanding of technical IT aspects including cyber, cloud computing, and infrastructure.
- ITIL Foundation Certified and experienced in building capabilities within smaller teams.
