Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operational activities of Warehouse dept
- Department cost saving monitoring.
- Trouble shooting of Warehouse process and initiate and recommend for process improvement activities.
- Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm.
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance department to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities & major equipment calibration.
- Re-verify plant integrity after maintenance of equipment.
- Manage and liaise with internal and external contractors.
- Prepare a monthly summary of all activities in the Plant.
- Issue and approve permits to work systems.
- Perform Plant safety inspection to ensure the safety in all Warehouse operations.
- Conduct training for operational staff as per the department's training program.
- Ensure department operations comply to NEA, AVA and Safety regulation.
- Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Management systems.
- Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements.
Job Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Process Technology.
- Programming, computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Preferably >3 years of working experience in a process manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with knowledge in edible oil processing will have an added advantage.
