Job Summary
- The Senior HR Executive supports the Workforce Development team on the organisation's training and development strategy.
- He/She assists in the development and enhancement of the company’s Skills Maps and actively contributes to workforce development initiatives through provided platforms.
- As a Senior HR Executive, He/She may be tasked to take charge and lead initiatives related to upskilling of the company’s workforce or branding of the company through various external events/avenues.
- He/She is involved in various stakeholders’ engagement initiatives and contributes ideas and strategies to strengthen the company’s network and relationship with strategic partners to achieve synergy in ensuring the workforce be future ready and competent in competencies related to their job roles referencing closely to the Skills framework.
- The Senior HR Executive is reliable, possesses a deep passion for developing organisational and people capabilities and has strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes.
