Job Subject Title: Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety and facility protocols and guidelines.
- Schedule regular internal audits to verify compliance with SOPs, quality policies, procedures, and testing methods.
- Collaborate with the incoming material receiving team to maintain efficient quality workflows.
- Manage the root cause analysis and corrective action process, working with operations to implement effective and lasting solutions for quality issues.
- Monitor the status of internal and external Corrective Action Reports, conducting root cause analyses as needed.
- Propose resolutions for unresolved quality issues and oversee their implementation.
- Coordinate external audits to ensure the Company's readiness and compliance.
- Plan and execute internal audits following established procedures.
- Assist the QA Engineer/Executive in preparing ISO documents.
- Familiarize the team with new measuring equipment and provide training on usage methods.
- Ensure the calibration of all measuring equipment according to prescribed intervals and standards.
- Identify critical inspection points based on customer drawings and product specifications for new projects.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance & ISO System.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teammates.
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask.
- Capability to independently analyze and resolve quality issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving methodology.
- Experience in data management or analysis
