Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal reports & documents, such as Sales Plans / Tender Evaluation / Risk Evaluations etc. Training will be provided.
- Maintain and upkeep BD documents and archives, such as Project list, Company presentations & Marketing materials etc.
- Business Proposals - Pre-Qualification, quotations and tenders: Gather information / supporting documents from various departments, input and manage submissions (hard copies / via e-platform such as Ariba, Gebiz etc.)
- Proactively source for new business opportunities through contacts & referrals, follow-up on project leads and pipeline
- Identify and research on potential clients’ company and financial background etc.
- Gather market intelligence such as project / competitors’ information etc., and carry out activities based on company’s business strategy and plans
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in Business Development / Business Administration / Sales, in the Engineering / Construction industry
- M&E Technical knowledge is not a must, but a plus point
