What you’ll achieve
As an Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Drive DnCP revenue into existing accounts (go deep) and new accounts (go wide)
  • Build a Champion team by leading all pre-sale activities and work with marketing to drive awareness on DnCP business
  • Collaborate with Sales (AE & ISR) and other cross functions/ BU teams to drive incremental revenue through DnCP
  • Drive account plan with AE & ISR for mid and long term growth plan for DnCP
  • Provide data analysis to leadership team on a bi- weekly/ monthly basis, provide trend, and action item to growth and recovery for specific regions & countries

Essential Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of market trends that impact Dell Technologies customers
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell Technologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
