HR & Admin Assistant

Handling System Co. Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
  • Renewal of Group & Vehicle Insurance
  • Handle vehicles’ Road Tax / VPC / traffic offenses
  • Submit waiver of FWL, NS make-up pay claim and Paternity / Maternity / Childcare leave claim
  • Application of Training and submission of grants
  • Attend to Government Surveys (MOM & EDB)
  • Support HR operation as and when required
  • Training will be provided


Requirements

  • Minumum N Level with 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Training will be provided
