Admin & HR Support Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day clerical support in office including answering phones, data entry and filing and etc.
  • Assist HR-related tasks and general HR activity
  • Work with various departments to render operations support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements

  • At least GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
  • Well-organized with good and analytical initiative
  • Resourceful and mature team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlooks, Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.,)
