Job Description & Requirements
The General Manager (Civil) is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead and set the standards on the delivery of services of the Civil Department.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and operations of the Civil Department.
- Oversee the tender process for various kinds of contract services.
- Decide on the worth of a project proceeding based on feasibility studies undertaken by the Contract Tender Section.
- Oversee the cash flow and budget for the contracts.
- Oversee the management, planning and scheduling of the civil engineering project and ensure all statutory requirements are incorporated into the project.
- Help the company grow includes people development and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent related field.
- At least 10 years of experience handling civil engineering and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
