Job Description
- Develop EHS Training programme and materials
- Provide education and promote a culture of environmental, health & safety excellence
- Able to analyse data, identify the gaps and initiate relevant training. Produce objective driven training presentation slides
- Familiar and keep updated of legislation and other requirements
- Conduct inspection of worksites to ensure compliance with WSH Act/ Regulations and other requirements
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, and training
- Effective communicator with a good command of English
- Other works assigned by Department head and Manager(s)
Requirements
- Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and analytical ability
- Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment
- Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.
