Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with the pub's seating procedures.
- Able to appease customers when there is a complain in the pub
- be a role model and perform hosting duties to our guest, manage reservations.
- maximise revenue and profitability from daily customer attendance

- Good personal grooming & personal presentation
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to speak Chinese Language
