Our team of Executive Search Consultants serve as trusted partners to our clients, by recommending practical recruitment solutions whilst providing insights on talent landscape, market trends as well as regulatory changes to our clients.
Expanding our recruitment team in Singapore, TGA is now seeking to appoint an Executive Search Consultant to work in our office situated at Somerset.
Objective:
Your role as an Executive Search Consultant (Technology) would be to build long-term relationships with Enterprise clients (E.g. MNCs, Financial Institutions, Govt-link organizations) and establish TGA as the preferred partner on their technology recruitment needs in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new business relationships with Corporate / Enterprise clients.
- Identify and understand Hiring Managers’ priorities, challenges, key requirements and partner them on throughout the recruitment process from start to closure.
- Provide candidate sourcing services and to recommend suitable candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Serve as trusted advisors during job briefing calls / meetings with candidates, by providing detailed feedback and analysis.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in any discipline.
- Keen interest in having a people-oriented, client-facing or sales-oriented career.
- Enjoy working in a team-based and enthusiastic environment.
- Possesses high self-initiative and strong values at work
- Good interpersonal skills and positive outlook
- Prior experience in Technology or Recruitment is NOT necessary as trainings and mentorship will be provided. You do need to possess an open, learner’s (curious) mindset to pick up easily.
- No experience needed. Any prior internship or work experience in Financial Services or IT/Telco sector would be an added bonus.
