Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunication, energy, or sustainability sector.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create thought leadership content and industry insights.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to showcase products, services, and thought leadership.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Measure event ROI and effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives.
Marketing Collateral Development:
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional items, and multimedia assets.
- Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing communication budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor expenses and track ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing communication experience in the telecommunication / Energy / Banking industries
- Strong project management skills, able to handle tight deadlines
- Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
