Responsibilities
Job Highlights:
Full Time ($2,300-$2,700)
Novena
Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Rotational Sat (once a month)
- Assisting in clinic daily operations
- Attend to customer enquiries and phone calls, hotline duties
- Handle patient's registration and data entry
- Planning and scheduling
- Coordination of patient appointments
- Cashiering duties/ collection of payment
- Sending of medical reports
- General upkeep of clinic
- Any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' / Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
- IT Savvy
- Service oriented and good communication skills
- Relevant customer service background
