- Overall, in charge of equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement.
- Identify planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios.
- Supervise and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks
- Formulate and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in High Speed High Volume Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in SAP and MS office
- Good understanding in manufacturing and logistics process, systems, and product costing in manufacturing industry.
