Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives and continuously fostering their professional development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts in the region, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that enhance their processes.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights into product development and innovations based on market demands.
- Leverage technical expertise in flow and level measurement to provide support and guidance to the sales team and customers.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations and presentations.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving business goals.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance metrics against strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Master in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- At least 6 – 7 years of relevant sales experience, including regional sales
- Must have experience in either FLOW / LEVEL measurement
- Experience working with EPC
- Strong technical knowledge and good presentation and communications skills
