Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Administer payroll processing accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrolment, claims processing, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HR full spectrum including processing of Payroll experience in the Construction / Engineering industries
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Experience in Sage payroll is a plus
- Proficient in MS office
