Responsibilities:-
1. Provide administrative support to the various Sections of the Department in events and programmes
2. Assist in the fixed assets verification exercise of the Department (Oct 2024 – Mar 2025)
3. Assist in the student club mentoring work such as facilities booking, clubroom inspection, first aid training logistics, administrating LAMs, etc.
4. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
· At least a tertiary education (in any discipline). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Organized, detailed-oriented, versatile and good interpersonal skills
Possess initiative with ability to multi-task and able to work independently with a proactive & positive attitude and minimal supervision
Working Hours
Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Renumeration
$2,300 per month
