Location: Jurong
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of projects, including ongoing forecasting.
- Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to field operations.
- Collaborate closely with the prefabrication and design departments.
- Establish clear goals and expectations for foremen.
- Address and resolve customer concerns through negotiation.
- Estimate change orders for assigned projects as needed.
- Manage all project closeout procedures.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and counseling to foremen to enhance performance.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
- Supervise the design, installation, and supply of electrical systems.
- Develop daily schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of work by managing staff effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
