Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Assistant (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Welcome visitors with a friendly disposition
- Attend to all walk-in visitors
- Maintaining of the reception area and all common areas
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors history
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Keep track and update of phone list on a monthly basis
- Assist the HR Operations team with simple administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Punctual with a history of good attendance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
