Responsibilities
- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Manage and supervise daily shifts, including scheduling and coordinating staff
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage - Monitor and control costs within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Address operational challenges and find effective solutions.
- Coordinate and manage special events, conferences, and functions hosted at the hotel.
