Position Overview:
As the Sales & Event Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance our reputation for delivering outstanding events. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cultivating relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Oversee the entire event planning process, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure seamless coordination of all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales and event processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
