Our client is an Architectural firm that provides Engineering & construction solutions for engineering project. With increasing projects in their pipeline locally, they are seeking for a Senior BIM Modeler to join their team. This role offers Exciting Career Advancement and Competitive Bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain 3D/2D models using Autodesk Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design, compliance, and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
- Use BIM to support buildability and constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management operation during the building cycle.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models including AI plug-ins and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancement in BIM technology.
- Prepare architectural and civil structural shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them promptly.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
- Assist with documentation for record-keeping and submission related to BIM processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Architecture.
- Min 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM)
- Able to work independently, self-motivated

• Salary : S$5,000 Negotiable + AWS+VB(salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
