Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients at front counters for registration and payment
- Assist to prepare and dispense medication
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client information
- Handle any other administrative matters
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, SMS and emails
- Booking or rescheduling appointments based on patients' request
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service will be advantageous
- Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
