Responsibilities
- Execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
- Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs.
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders and provide advisories to facilitate sound buying decisions.
- Share and provide training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
- Participate and collaborate with various stakeholders in cross functional improvement projects including developing change management plans, evaluating impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Participate in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures.
- Support audit reviews, investigations, and internal process improvements.
- Perform demand aggregation in partnership with stakeholders using insights and trends from data analytics.
- Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma and Degree in any field.
- Experience in government procurement will be advantageous.
- Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive disposition.
- Strong team player.
