Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals in a dynamic and growing organisation, where your contributions will be valued and rewarded.


About this Role: -

The Sales Executive is a key position in this beverage company and is in charge of business development within assigned accounts/territories. It includes promoting products for his/her customer portfolio and leading the offer preparation process, and business negotiations through to finalized sales. The position reports to the CEO of the company. This role requires strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive international business environment. The Sales Executive ensures well-executed sales strategies and key accounts’ continuity, effectively ensuring the viability of the business, and is an essential part of the team.


Overview: -

  • Full-time, Permanent Position
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
  • Work Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Work Location: Kallang (hot desk / flexi)
  • Monthly Base Salary: $2500 - $3200
  • Variable: personal commission

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Develop the business, working closely with CEO to formulate planning and strategy to maximize sales and profit, with a good understanding of company positioning.
  • Present regular reports for market forecast and analysis, ensuring the profitability of the business.
  • Maintain, improve, and establish relationships with customers, initiating the processes of ordering, payment, delivery, and any service recovery if required
  • Support participation in trade shows and industry events for branding and networking
  • Develop new team members with guidance and product knowledge
  • Occasionally, provide cover in the absence of colleagues

Requirements: -

  • Willingness to learn with training provided
  • Candidate with no experience is welcome. Must have passion for sales.
  • Independent with leadership attributes, with good communication and interpersonal skills
