- Conducting thorough market research to understand the target audience, market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.
- Analyze date to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals & objectives.
- Planning & executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, and events.); including setting campaign goals, content creation, managing budgets, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to maintain it's identity and reputation.
- Gather & analyse information on customer's needs, preferences, and behaviours in order to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to better resonate with the target audience.
- Up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends & technologies.
- Implementing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing); to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track & Analyze performance of the marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicating marketing plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
- Continuously monitoring the marketing landscape, identifying emerging trends and opportunities, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Seeking feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve marketing efforts and achieve better results over time.
