Job Responsibilities
- To manage the Hotel and Casino Valet Cashier Counters
- To handle and process valet and selfpark related charges and transactions accurately and efficiently
- To provide level of service according to the departmental audit standards
- To provide information on valet and selfpark related queries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sales) machine is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer service environment or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Service and guest oriented
- Pleasant, polite and possess a positive attitude
- Able to perform shift duties including night shift, and work on weekends and Public Holidays
