About the role
Launch of Virtual Cards/Commercial cards. API knowledge is a must have. Guide team through technical questions
Job Scope
- Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding
- Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach.
- Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products (on Mastercard and Visa platform and NG Virtual Cards engine).
- Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
- SME support for launch of functionality relating to VCA product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout
- Acts as presales support when needed for complex deals
- supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform.
- coordinates internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities.
- Good stakeholder management skills - support teams internally, external partners, and clients on the enhancements and knowledge of VCA product.
- Hands-on approach and quickly adapt for new learning.
- Need candidate to be able to support various initiatives at the same time and is able to manage multiple internal / external stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Tech Skills: Understanding of Cards is a must. Comm Cards knowledge, Virtual cards knowledge, APIs and tech knowledge will be big plus.
- Soft Skills: Team player, good communication skills, great project management skills, good client management and stakeholder management skills.
