Accounts Assistant

Lonpac Insurance Bhd.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Arrange daily issuance of receipts

• Issuance of debit/credit notes

• Issuance of payment

• Email SOA

• Prepare IR8A letters on yearly basis

• Stationery arrangement

• Prepare monthly closing and reconciliation

• Download and upload files

• Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:-

• Minimum “O” level/ITE Certificate or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Good with numbers

• Pro-active and meticulous

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Training will be provided
