What Will You Do:
- To assist in managing all stages of interior design projects like planning, design, procurement, and execution.
- To support the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- To maintain strong partnerships with clients, architects, and contractors for achieving excellent project objectives.
- To do site visits to oversee project quality and ensure that it adhere to safety protocols.
- To manage project documentation and address project challenges as they arise.
- To ensure that all projects are in compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
What Do You Need:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a support role within the interior design or construction industry
- Familiar with the Singapore market is an advantage.
- Previous experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
- Proven ability in supporting multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
