Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Monthly management reporting and analysis
- Cashflow
- Inventory management
- Job costing
- A/R including issue of DOs, tax invoices and monitoring receipts
- A/P including monitoring payments to suppliers
- Payroll
- Petty cash and staff claims
- Handling administrative documents and correspondences
- Procurement including sourcing and ordering materials
- Adhoc duties assigned or as and when required
- Handling insurance renewals
Requirements
- Education Level– Minimum-Diploma
- Experience in accounting field- Full set Account
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word), familiar with Quickbooks System
- Able to work independently, under pressure and with good communication skills
- Responsible, Conscientious and meticulous team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide alternative solutions
