Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare technology solutions, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading healthcare technology company while making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Mesh Bio's healthcare predictive AI technology solutions across various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the healthcare technology sector.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, to engage target audiences and position Mesh Bio as a thought leader in the industry.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Plan and execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns to drive adoption of new healthcare technology solutions.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase Mesh Bio's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare solutions consultants (sales), and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare technology sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Experience in market research, including conducting competitive analyses and identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and analyze marketing performance metrics.
