Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Service Management Manager. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the IT Service Management team, overseeing IT operations, ensuring incident management, and problem management. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT service management processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience and /or domain knowledge on audit and compliance preferred.
- Experience in Problem Management, Incident Management, and IT Operations
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and IT Service Management
- Experience in implementing and maintaining IT service management processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in IT Service Management such as ITIL, Lean IT, COBIT etc is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
