Recruitment Consultant
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
Job Description
- Business Development to reach out to potential clients for business opportunities
- Manage existing clients in fulfilling job orders given
- Maintain and build new and existing relationships with HR and business partners
- Recruit candidates through different means and avenues to recommend to clients
- Achieve sales target through successful placements
- Work on any ad-hoc projects as and when needed
Requirement
- Preferably with 1 year of recruitment or business development experience (Familiar with skilled & unskilled placement)
- Highly driven and enthusiastic
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong desire to achieve great results and high pay
- Able to work as team and be independent at the same time
- Preferably with CEI certified
