We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous and highly motivated Import & Export Executive (Customer Service) to be a member of the Singapore team to manage inbound & outbound airfreight shipments and liaise with customers, airlines and affiliates across a worldwide network.

To succeed in this role you must have
- Experience in freight forwarding
- The ability to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in TradeNet
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- A track record of meeting tight deadlines
- 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturday
- Office near Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT stations
- Annual performance bonus
