Job Overview:

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless operation and utilization of its key components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee information within the HRIS, including personal details, job profiles, compensation data, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other organizational systems and customize functionalities as needed.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs, including training initiatives and certification tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the employee self-service portal, providing employees with access to relevant HR resources and information.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends, metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance training and facilitating audits.


Qualifications:

  • Recognised degree/diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience working in HRIS administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms with a strong understanding of its key components and functionalities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
