Sales Printing Representative

Hmly Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating Sales Leads: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other means.
  2. Understanding Client Needs: Consult with clients to understand their printing requirements, such as the type of materials, quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
  3. Providing Quotes and Proposals: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and estimates to clients, outlining the costs, timelines, and any additional services or products.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the printing products and services offered by company, including knowledge of various printing methods, materials, and finishing options.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  6. Sales Reporting: Keep records of sales activities, track performance against sales targets, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  1. Education: While a high school diploma may be sufficient for some positions, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field can be advantageous.
  2. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for persuading clients to choose your printing services.
  3. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with different printing techniques, materials, and finishing options is crucial to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and preparing proposals.
  5. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial to building and retaining a client base.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Understanding the printing industry, including current trends and competitive landscape, is important.
  7. Drive and Motivation: Sales positions often require a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
