Join a SGX-listed fats growing REIT with global assets looking for A finance Director. This is an opportunity to be part of a team working closely with the CFO and CEO in overseeing all financial activities.
The Role
- Perform group consolidation and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Management.
- Ensuring the statutory financial reports are in full compliance to all the relevant accounting standards
- Oversee the preparation of financial announcements for quarterly/half-yearly financial results.
- Liaising with external professionals (eg auditors and tax advisors).
- Oversee the preparation of Audit & Risk Committee and Board Meeting
- Support operations for the Asset Management team.
- Review tax returns
- Support annual budget exercise
- Involvement in hedging strategies, financing and re-financing arrangements.
- Various ad-hoc projects
Your Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within (REIT, real estate or asset management)
- Degree in finance/accounting/business or equivalent qualification and preferably a Certified Accountant.
- Experience in SGX listed company reporting standard
- Solid interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
