Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the document control and support documentation-related work in Quality Assurance Department. This include tasks such as electronic application, scanning, filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
- Ensure administrative database and system are kept up-to-date.
- Support to prepare documentation to customers related to product content environmental enquiries such as RoHS, REACH and other substances of concern.
- Review and prepare monthly submission of samples for ICP test.
- Routine review of SPC and control limits including update to relevant system.
- Support Engineer to consolidate test result and prepare basic test report for customers.
- Any other duties that commensurate with this role.
Skills and Requirements:
- O-Level or O-Level Equivalent
- Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented
